FPX deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by your financial institution. viet69 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawals are only permitted to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your viet69 account. Any name discrepancy between your platform account and the designated withdrawal account may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal request.
Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few hours to the next business day.
Betting and Winnings

- Registering multiple accounts under the same individual;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process;
- Discovery that the user is under 18 years of age;
- Any conduct deemed harmful to the interests of the platform or other users.
